Please follow these steps to submit a data recovery case:

1) Pack the damaged drive and send it to:

2) Fill out the following form.
After we have received the shippment we will check the case and send you an offer for the recovery costs.
If you agree with the offered price, we will try to recover your data and send you a list of recovered files in case of success.
Based of that list you can decide if you accept the recovery result or not.
